Online Orders

Please note that the following policy applies only to orders placed on our website. 

We will be more than happy to accept a return within 21 days of the purchase date. Products must be returned in the same condition they were received. The shoes must be in brand new, unworn condition, with its original packaging and shipped back in a cardboard shipping box. Any products not sent back in said condition will be returned to the customer. Please contact customer support for details on how to return your item(s):

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. 

Please note that customers who purchase multiple sizes of the same product are eligible for free returns- provided one shoe is kept.

Customers who return 4 or more pairs of shoes at the same time are subject to an 8%-10% restocking fee.


Refund Processing Time

Once a return item is received please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your return and issue you a refund.

Please allow an additional 5-7 business days for your financial institution to post the refund to your account.
